In their ten year existence, The Supervillains have gone from hometown heroes in Orlando to a national force in the resurgent ska and reggae scenes. A band of many disguises, the Supervillains’ musical versatility has enabled them to land supporting slots on a variety of huge nationwide tours. Whether it’s cranking up the set to reach the energy level of punk veterans Pennywise on the Jagermeister Musictour, strapping on the dancing shoes to dazzle the ska kids with Reel Big Fish, or currently flexing their reggae muscles with Bob Marley’s renowned backing band, the Wailers; the Supervillains are always ready to mix it up and gain new fans.

Riding high off of the success of their sophomore album “Massive”, released by LAW Records (owned by Hawaiian reggae superstars’ Pepper) in the fall of 2008, the Supervillains will be traveling across the country throughout 2010 performing all of their party-oriented swamp-punk reggae hits, as well as unveiling brand new tracks that will appear on their next studio album tentatively set for release next summer. Bonafide veterans of the Southeast and Caribbean, the Supervillains aim to warm up the chilly slopes with their Southern charm and smooth horns. After spending the past few years averaging 200+ shows nationally, supporting scene favorites Pepper, Slightly Stoopid, Fishbone, and many others, the Supervillains are chomping at the bit to get the chance to play extended sets for their hard-earned fans across the nation in 2010.
