Reggae-rock powerhouse Ballyhoo! has been touring the U.S. from coast to coast since 2006. With 200+ shows a year, the band has generated a national buzz on a grassroots level, building a solid foundation of loyal fans and selling more than 100,000 downloads at digital stores such as iTunes, Rhapsody, etc.

In 2008, the band was invited to support 311 on select dates of their Spring tour, as well as a show with Slightly Stoopid. That summer, songs from their album “Do it for the Money!” were included on the feature film “Green Flash”.

In 2009, Ballyhoo! released their 3rd album “Cheers!” on Surfdog Records which saw distribution in retail stores across the country such as Best Buy and more. The band licensed their song “The Friend Zone”, for the movie, “Road Trip 2: Beer Pong”. In the fall, the guys played alongside musical idols Goldfinger, Reel Big Fish, and more at the reggae festival “DUBFEST 2009″ in Hollywood, FL.
